Welcome one and all to week three of my #TuneUpThursdays celebration of Stephen Calgaro acapella arrangements!

This week's song was inspired by a song that Sarabande would've performed at our annual pub concert, which would've happened this week...I think...

The song itself was one of my favourites from the mid-90s. I spent the summer before my first year of high school in California, living with my aunt and uncle. Unbeknownst to my parents, my cousin started school right after Independence Day, so I spent many hours at their home, with no friends to hang out with and no activities to do (I was 13 in the 90s in a foreign to me city!). So I ended up listening to TLC's CrazySexyCool album ad nauseum. To the point where I had memorized every lyric and rap from that entire cassette tape! The crown jewel, being the rap to this song.
