Welcome one and all to the last #TuneUpThursdays track for the month of April.
All April, I've been covering songs that I've been wanting to sing for a long time, and this week is no different. In fact, the reason I've been waiting to cover this specific song is because I've been waiting for April 30th to fall on a Thursday.
Originally, I had written my own arrangement for this song, but as I was browsing through
musescore.com as I usually do, I came across this arrangement by Stephen Calgaro. Not only did this arrangement have a way better version of the song I arranged, but it was an epic medley. So I covered his medley instead.
There *will* be a video - the arrangement is so epic, it would be a travesty if I didn't film a video to go with it. Hopefully it'll be filmed and edited before next Thursday!
And because it needs to be said and sung: "IT'S GONNA BE MAY!!!"
