Welcome everybody to the official half point of the year!!! We are at the 3.5 year mark of #TuneUpThursdays, and I don't foresee any slowing down!

Happy Independance Day to all of my American friends, but more importantly, Happy Belated Canada Day!

I am very, very, VERY excited about the set of songs I have prepared for you this month. As with the first half the year, I will be continuing along with themes each month. July's theme will be CANADIAN ARTISTS!!!

Specifically, Canadian music artists that I've met, and worked alongside of! And a bonus to all of the covers I'm singing for you this month, all of the arrangements are written by me. (Some with transcription help from *the* Mr. Thomas King.)

I couldn't think of a better choice of artists to kick things off. These award winning boys are having a hell of a year, having toured around the country with Paul Brandt, having their song chosen as the official song of the IIHF World Junior Hockey Tournament, singing O Canada at the home opener for the Blue Jays, and cleaning up at the Saskatchewan Country Music Awards.

I met the Hunter Brothers last year when I had the honour of being a representative of SaskExpress, and got to help host Telemiracle 42. These boys are not only the salt of the earth, but we had a grand ole time bonding over our mutual love for music, and acapella. They loved the music SaskExpress sang at Telemiracle, and it inspired them performing an acapella piece themselves with Jess Moskaluke.

Luke, JJ, Ty, Brock, & Dusty: Thank you for your kindness and friendship. I'm glad I was able to make good on my promise to cover one of your pieces!
