Welcome one and all to #TuneUpThursdays, and this week's track offering in the 2018 #AtoZ project, where today's acapella cover is brought to you by the letter "H"!

Now I wasn't always a big fan of country music. I can honestly say I really hated it as a kid. Maybe it was because of the forced line dancing we learnt in elementary school to Billy Ray Cyrus' "Achy Breaky Heart"? Who can say?

As I grew older though, I started liking a few songs here and there at first. Then, next think you know, I could spend an entire afternoon with the radio dial on JRFM (the Vancouver country station), and not want to change the dial.

And funny enough, now that I think about it, I can probably tell you all almost exactly when that happened, why it happened, and with which song: When? Some Sunday night at Mirage Nightclub. Why? When I "fell in crush" with my now friend Crystal, with whom I first met on the facebook before facebook: Clubvibes. And which song? Tim McGraw's "Something Like That".

Now while this week's song isn't my favourite country song to surprise people with at karaoke (whoever really expects the Asian guy to sing all country like with a twang and all? lol), I am bringing y'all (sorry Holly) a track from the McGraw lexicon.
