Welcome one and all to the first edition of my *new* project: #AerhynsAnytimeAcapella.

Since I've got the entire 2018 and 2019 editions of #TuneUpThursdays already planned out, there were some songs that I discovered in my sheet music folder that I felt I just couldn't wait to record them.

Anytime Acapella is the time for those pieces. It could be a song that I've been wanting to do for ages, but it never fit into the plan I had for Tune-Up Thursdays. I could be a new song I heard on the radio and found sheet music for right away. It could be a piece that I'm trying to collaborate with someone on (like the song I had in the docket for the launch of Anytime Acapella). Or, it could be a situation like today's song.

As you may remember, a few weeks ago I rick-rolled you all with the letter "N" entry in the #AtoZProject on Tune-Up Thursdays. It started with the first 8-bars of "The Nights" by Avicii, and then switched over to Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up".

The world received news yesterday that 28 year-old Swedish DJ Avicii passed away from complications with his acute pancreatitis. Today's track, and launch of Aerhyn's Anytime Acapella is in tribute to this young musician.

Please take a moment of silence and enjoy my cover of Avicii's "The Nights".
