Molo kwaye Wamkelekile to Day 7, and the first full week of the 2022 version of #AerhynsAcapellaAdvent Calendar!!!

Today not only marks the end of the first week of songs, but also the first PTX cover of the season. It wouldn't be an Acapella Advent Calendar if I didn't at least have *one* Pentatonix cover.

This song is dedicated to my father, Alex Lau, who is one of the biggest Beatles fans that I know. Almost 10 years ago, I was able to gift my parents with something really special: Floor seats to Paul McCartney's performance at BC Place. I think it was 2011 - I was working at Frankie's Italian Kitchen near the stadium. Paul's crew were all staying at the Georgian Court Hotel (which housed our little restaurant). The concert was just after American thanksgiving, and Paul had wanted to foot the bill for a thanksgiving feast for his crew, so they bought out the bar side for the event. As a thank you, his manager gifted all the service staff that night a pair of floor seats for the show, which I then gifted to my father, knowing that was probably his only chance of seeing Paul McCartney live.

Thanks for everything Dad!!!
