Hola y bienvenido to Day 3 of the 2020 edition of Aerhyn's Acapella Advent calendar!

This piece by Kirby Shaw, the arranger of the Just 4 Kicks jazz quartet, and jazz arranger/composer extraordinaire has been sitting in my sheet music collection since Season 1, but I never slotted it into the programming. This year, I finally decided to give it a try.

I was lucky enough to *see* Just 4 Kicks live when I was a student at Cap College (back when it was a college), and they were performing at the school for the high school jazz festival that was happening. Not only did I get to see them live, but I got to meet them, and got a ball cap signed by them!
