Hej och välkommen to a very special edition of Aerhyn's Acapella Advent calendar, here on Day 14!!!

Today's song is so special in so many ways!

#1 - It is the first Aerhyn's Acapella Advent Throwback track! This is Season 5 of the Acapella Advent Calendar, but the concept of a musical advent calendar itself is 6 years old. When I was working out of Rosebud AB, I started a musical advent calendar to pass the free time in the tiny Hamlet. So I decided this year to pick a few tunes that I covered from 2015 (from before I refined my recording technique & style) and give them an updated take!

#2 - Today's track also features another TikTok friend, and is being simultaneously released with another track! My dear friend (and Heathers director) Hannah Lauren Wilson is a QUEEN on the musical theatre TikTok scene, and she was one of the first people I asked to feature on the Advent Calendar this year. Coincidentally, she was planning on launching her "Christmas Carolmas" series, which uses the musical advent calendar concept.

#3 - We're both huge Pentatonix stans (...uh...did this boomer use that term correctly?), so when I asked Hannah if she'd like to cover this PTX arrangement with me, I swear I could hear her squee in delight, even though we were texting!
