Dia duit agus fáilte to Day 10 of Aerhyn's Acapella Advent Calendar, Season V!!!

Today is the first of a handful of something special I put together this year. The journey started almost exactly a year ago, when I was performing at Persephone Theatre in "Elf: The Musical". There was a line that our Santa added that mentioned "TikTok". I thought I was a tech savvy-ish guy...but I had never heard of the app before. The result was me going down a rabbit hole that I think I'm still in.

I got suckered into the bunker that was TikTok late in the Elf run. I'd start casually flipping through videos to relax after a two-show day, and next thing I knew, it was 3am. However, the community I curated for myself on TikTok, as well as the need to create content for the app is what got me through the initial stages of covid and the lockdown.

It is because of TikTok that I was still able to be part of a musical theatre production in 2020, even if it was a virtual production. TikTok is the reason why I was able to participate in several masterclasses with directors and music directors from New York City. TikTok was the reason behind how I've been able to keep up my craft while waiting for theatres to re-open fully.

This season, I will be featuring a handful of some of my closest, and talented friends on TikTok. The first being my dear friend Star (Anastasia) Bray. I decided to push this stunning and talented Brit's track up a few days to help her celebrate a TikTok milestone of garnering 1000 followers!!!
