Happy Holidays and here we are at Day 3 of the 2019 edition of #AerhynsAcapellaAdvent Calendar.

When I start programming the advent calendar in December, I map out which songs should be done on which days (which would be explained in the post), and spread out covers of the same artists, so that I don't overuse an artist all at once.

This year, I didn't pay attention to where the beginning of December was laid out, as compared to my rehearsal schedule. Why is that important?

Well, today is the first of what will end up being 5 Pentatonix covers. Pentatonix arrangements was what led me to starting the Acapella Advent Calendar in the first place. That, coupled with the fact that there are so many holiday songs recorded by PTX, that there's more than I keep up with!

Pentatonix covers for me usually take a little longer because they're a lot complex. So usually, I don't start covering PTX until after the first week. Usually after my show has opened. Unfortunately for me, not only did I program a PTX cover within the first few days, I did it during tech week. So it was very trying to get a good cover done. I think I did an okay job.

So without further ado, welcome to Day 3, and my cover of the Pentatonix arrangement of Tchaikovsky's "Waltz Of The Flowers" from the Nutcracker Suite.
